
![]() PBA TOUR ANNOUNCES THREE-YEAR PACT WITH BRUNSWICK SEATTLE (April 26, 2004) - The Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) has signed a three-year agreement with Brunswick Bowling and Billiards for sponsorship of the PBA Tour. The PBA and Brunswick have identified locations desirable for Tour events that are at bowling centers owned or operated by Brunswick. During the 2004-05 Tour season, the PBA will be holding tournament finals in five Brunswick centers and conducting pro-am events in 15 centers. In addition, Brunswick will furnish and install the bowling equipment for all PBA arena events conducted during the 2004-05 Tour season. "Brunswick can provide the PBA Tour with a total package of premium products and services," said Fred Schreyer, PBA Commissioner, "including bowling centers, capital equipment, lane maintenance equipment, bowling balls and pins, as well as a good national marketing campaign.
